Paddle Fit Private
Private Session by Reservation, 90 Minutes
Paddle Fit is a unique way to get a balance of body and mind exercises while you enjoy the beautiful outdoors. Captain John’s certified professional trainer will take you through a program that combines training on the lakeshore and on the water. Paddle fitness private sessions include techniques such as paddleboard launches and exits, buoy turns, sprints, pushups, and squats. Plus, the core workout variety is combined with basic yoga moves and stretches.

Paddle Power – Core Training Session

Core training is the most popular exercise for those seeking fitness today. Take your training to new heights at high altitude! This workout takes place in the beautiful surroundings of Big Bear Lake on top of a stand-up paddle board. Paddle Power class includes cardio, core work and balance moves.

PaddleFIT SUP Class - Floating YogaFloating Yoga Session
By Reservation Only, 90 Minutes
Enjoy the ancient practice of basic yoga combined with the serenity of water as you climb aboard a paddle board for this unique session. This class is held out on the water for the ultimate relaxation and enjoyment.

*Group sessions available for up to 8 people and require 2 or more participates to run the class.
*Reservations must be made in advance. SUPs availability are limited.
*Classes and Times are subject to change and weather permitting.
*Must be able to swim, life jacket required at all times.
*Age minimum is 7 and up.*Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
